Why a pillowcase?

Vintage linens are so in vogue but what do to with the pillowcases? If you’ve got enough skirts or you’re like me and your fanny won’t fit into a pillowcase, a pinnie it the perfect lovely project for them! And it’s an excellent way to “Make Do” with what you have!
Requirements:

• A pillowcase or one yard of fabric
• 2-3 packages of bias tape (depending on the length and number of pockets)
