I hadn’t expected to lose anything this week, but I was pleasantly surprised to notice a 1/2 pound loss…not much, but better than nothing, right? This was the first week both boys felt 100% again, and it was nice and warm here in Southern California, so we did a lot of running around outside…I think I want to find a fun workout video/system to do…I do yoga, and I was thinking of trying pilates, or that yoga booty ballet-it’s fun to say…is it fun to do??
