We were so lucky to be able to meet this little guy when he was just a few days old. He’s the newest member of the family of one of our oldest friends, and I wanted to give them some nice pictures to remember this precious time –
We decided to take the long way home thru Northern Arizona – I had NO idea how beautiful it was up there – especially Sedona. I definitely want to take another trip JUST to go back…
I think my favorite sight was this little shack next to a house along the side of the road just outside Flagstaff –
This trip went really well considering this was the boys’ first long driving trip, and first overnight trip – they especially loved staying in a hotel, and eating at their first cracker barrel. The last leg of the drive home was especially long and tiring, but we all slept REALLY well our first night back home…
PS – these pictures were taken with my new toy – Sony’s new 50mm 1.8 lens – such dreamy sharp images!
Awwwwwwww the baby is soooooo scrumcious!!! (makes me wanna have another!) and what amazing scenery! Looove the pics D! Beautiful!
Congrats to your friends. What a beautiful baby. Also, these pictures are AMAZING!
Ohhhhh….I love the pic’s! There’s just something about a brand new baby. Love the sky, too!
Oh, the talent!
Oh, wait….My favorite is the shed with the signs. I love old signs.
So glad you had a fun trip. The last leg home is always the looooongest! Try it with seven kids. Actually, I don’t recommend it! haha
Your Arizona pictures remind of Garden of the Gods which is in Arizona and has gorgeous tall rock like that.
