I blame Birchbox mostly – those yummy little boxes of treats meant just for a beauty junkie like me (have I mentioned the $1000 stash of hair products I had when I stopped doing hair?). The first one I got had a pretty pale blue Zoya polish in it. Then I saw a Butter polish on Pinterest – ZOMG how pretty is that? Then I started checking out the polishes at Target – the glitters! Opi! Essie! I knew I was history when I picked up the classic of all neutrals – Essie Ballet Slippers…

3 bloggers inspired the collection, including Kate from The Small Things blog, who I totally gushed over at Blissdom – she does fabulous hair tutorials, and I have had at least 3 former clients ask me where to get their hair cut like hers.
So I may be popping up here once in awhile with different products I come across (and love), tutorials and maybe a giveaway or two. Being a Chicky IS glamorous after all!

And I went this weekend to get my haircut like Kate from “The Small Things” & they cut it too short! Hopefully once it grows out it will actually look like hers. *sigh*
