Good thing too, because one of us would be in serious trouble. I have always been a fan of Michael Buble, but with his latest album, and his rounds on all the morning/afternoon/late night shows, I am bordering on adoration, even Misery-style passion. Seems appropriate that the album is called “Crazy Love”.
(ooh – looks like he’s gonna put a spell on you!)
This album has everything – great covers, FANTASTIC covers, including “Georgia on my mind”, “All of me” and “Heartache Tonight”. But the song that is on repeat on my ipod – “haven’t met you yet” –has to be my favorite. It’s catchy and happy and…
oh sorry – got a bit hypnotized by that picture 😉
So guess what? YOU have a chance to WIN this CD, provided by One2One network.
How you ask? Well since Michael is a romantic kinda guy, and one of my New Year’s resolutions is to have a monthly date night with my husband (and desperately need good ideas), I thought I would combine the two and make the entry for the giveaway your BEST romantic ideas – food, activities (‘cept THAT one – duh!), themes…I will choose one of the entries at random via radnom.org, and announce the winner Monday. BONUS ENTRY if you twitter, or post this giveaway on facebook or your own blog. Good luck!
I love to cook for my husband – just making food can be an adventure in itself!
I saw MB in concert. It was the best concert I’ve ever been to. And I have seen a good number of shows. He’s funny, he’s charming… he makes all the guys in a stadium hate him.
Just kidding. Even the men love him.
I would faint for a free MB CD. (which i would promptly burn to mp3!)

My idea for a romantic evening?
Put the kids to bed. Rent a PPV. Eat popcorn and m&ms in bed.

I think it’s always nice to tell our special someone what makes him so special to us: Make a list of what you love about him…3 things or 10…it will make him happy.

For a budget friendly “trip to Italy,” my boyfriend and I hit up this little Italian bakery called Villa Italia once a week for esspresso and sweets!! The decor is gorgeous and with Sinatra and other classics beaming through the speaker, it’s like we’re transported to a Villa in Italy, if only for the short time we’re in there. It’s extremely budget friendly, as they offer FREE REFILS on esspresso!! It’s a nice escape for us, and we never spend more than $10! I look forward to every trip there 🙂

Any date that involves a babysitter is a winner!
We enjoy just riding out to the beach at night. Sometimes we just ride down A1A (the East Coast Hwy) which is a nice quite beach drive and listen to some great music and slow down. We feel so much more calm and loving after that. I would love to listen to some MB on that drive.
Thanks for the giveaway…Tracy

Leave it to me to do everything last minute!!! Funny how great minds think alike….I planned on doin’ the same thing this next year, not too mention some “me” time! LOL Anyway, a couple of ideas that come to mind….1) a scavenger hunt…..send him clues to find some treasure he’s been wanting (doesn’t have to be spendy either)
2) Plan a picnic with his favorite finger foods….nice thing about this one, it can take place in your very own living room if the kids have a sleep over at Grandma’s…..light some candles….have MB playing etc.
3) Find a babysitter…..call his boss & have him come up with an excuse for him to work late…..you drive out & sweep him off his feet to an unknown location where you have dinner waiting, weather it be a romantic restaurant, a park with a table waiting with candlelight & champagne (just make sure you have a friend to stand guard until you get there.)
These are just a few off the top of my head….
