Scrapbooking is one craft that I have never been able to get into – whether it’s the temptation to buy all the way cute accessories or just the idea of having writers block while trying to document my families stories I’m not sure, but I am going to change that next month! I’m SO excited too!

Jessica Sprague is one of those sites I just love to lurk on – so much inspiration not just for the scrapbooker but the photographer as well. I have always wanted to take one of her classes, but it just hasn’t been in the budget – so when I saw that this class was free, I jumped all over it – and this is the best type of class – learning HOW to capture the memories and stories, not just what to do with them once you have them in mind. (did that even make any sense?)

I find that often happens with blogging too – I will be out somewhere and a SCATHINGLY brilliant idea hits me and I think “Ooh – I HAVE to blog about that” (don’t tell me it hasn’t happened to you…please? 😉 ) , and the minute I sit down to write, it doesn’t seem NEARLY as cool as I originally thought, that is if I can even remember what it was to begin with.

I hope you’ll think about signing up for this class – if for no other reason than to give me someone to pass notes to during class or sit with at lunch – I’ll bring snacks! 😀

  1. This looks awesome. I love scrapbooking but have gotten too busy for it. Maybe this will inspire me to get back to it. Will you bring cool ranch doritos? They’re my favorite.

  2. This sounds like so much fun. I was WAY into scrapbooking once upon a time. It’s one of those things I’d like to get back to doing eventually. What sounds great about this online course is the photography aspect.
